2. Viscosity of ink

Domestic plastic packaging, ink must be linked with safety and hygiene. As far as its solvent system is concerned, it is currently developing in the direction of benzene free and alcohol soluble. In terms of alcohol soluble ink technology, Shanghai sikebai, Zhejiang New Oriental, Shanghai DIC and other enterprises are in a leading position. In terms of its connecting material technology, it is developing in the direction of polyester polyurethane system. Polyester polyurethane ink is favored by users because of its low toxicity, good printability for pet and NY materials, high temperature cooking resistance, freezing resistance, wear resistance and other excellent properties, and will gradually replace chlorinated polypropylene ink. The polyester ink of New Oriental ink company has accounted for more than 50% of the company's total ink output, and has become the company's core competitive product. As far as the pigment system of plastic packaging ink is concerned, it will develop in the direction of non heavy metal pigments.
