After the introduction of the "power station valve" standard, it will be submitted to the National Energy Administration for approval, release and implementation, to meet the needs of valve manufacturing on millions of supercritical thermal power units in China, and promote the "localization" of power station valves advocated by the national energy administration

However, the first two versions generally describe the goods under the contract from the perspective of facilitating trade, which belongs to the trade standard. The industry standard to be drafted this time will stipulate other technical standards for power station valves. On the basis of ensuring that the existing trade standard clauses are retained very quickly every time the crime is committed, the description and provisions of technical parameters such as valve material, structure, inspection and detection, environmental protection and so on will be added, "its content will be expanded from more than 20 pages to more than 100 pages. Many enterprises are surprised that they have never seen such a thick power station valve standard."

In May, 2011, Nanfang valve signed the "localization joint research and development project of key valves for ultra (ultra) critical thermal power units" organized and led by the national development and Reform Commission, becoming one of the only 15 enterprises in China to participate in the project in our province.

Wei Yubin said that whether it is participating in the formulation of industry standards or the localization research and development of ultra ultra valves, it is the embodiment of the R & D strength of enterprises. Through such a series of actions, the enterprise has developed the high-end market of power station valves in the development of the industry, and driven the market competitiveness of other products of the enterprise. at present, Nanfang valve is trying to promote the construction of a 39 Mu new plant located in Shikou Industrial Zone, Shangtang, and plans to put it into production within two years. In addition to the supporting valves of thermal power units currently the main focus of the enterprise, its products will also expand to the R & D and manufacturing of high-end valves in the petrochemical and nuclear power fields.
